DeLonghi Rialto 4500 Espresso Machine

Well I gotta say, I’m not crazy about this machine. The plastic construction overall and the poor fit of certain critical detachable parts makes me think that there has to be a better selection for the money. This machine is fairly popular, probably because they sell them through Starbucks, but you can definitely get more for your money with a different machine.

The impressive stainless steel housing instantly lets you know this machine is built to last and is intended for regular daily use. The machine serves up an excellent shot of espresso every time and does so with simple, no-fuss operation. I’ve owned this machine for about a year and use it 4 or 5 times a week. In a very short time, the Cafe Roma became my “go-to” machine, and so far it hasn’t let me down.
